The Nar-Anon Family Groups are twelve-step self-help
support groups for close friends and family members of
addicts, drug abusers and people with substance abuse
problems. We share our experience, strength, and hope for
recovery from the problems of drug abuse in a relative or a
friend.
This web site is operated by the Golden Gate Area of
Nar-Anon Family Groups, which currently includes groups in
the cities of Novato, Pacifica, and San Francisco,
in Marin, San Francisco, and northern San Mateo Counties,
California, USA. Other groups in the vicinity are
welcome to join the Golden Gate Area. The groups in the
Golden Gate Area thereby mutually support each other.
